Life is full of unexpected events, but on the other hand a great deal of planning and preparation goes into insuring the success of every workshop. Last minute cancellations often result in spots which are impossible to fill. For any cancellation made 3 months prior to the start of a workshop, we will refund the deposit in full. For any cancellations made between 1 month and 3 months of the start of a workshop, we will refund 50% of the deposit unless we can arrange for another to fill the spot (in which case we will refund 100% of the deposit). For any cancellations made within 1 month of the start of a workshop, we cannot offer a refund of the deposit unless we can find a substitute to fill the spot (in which case we will refund 100% of the deposit).
